Thank you for applying to be a vendor at White Bear Township Day! The standard booth is 12’ x 12’, with some exceptions of larger spaces for food booths/trucks. White Bear Township Day does not furnish any tents, tables, chairs, etc. There is no access to electricity, but vendors may use a quiet generator if needed. Vendors or attendees may not walk around distributing flyers, promotional items, etc. on the park grounds before, during or after the event.
Load in begins at 11:30 a.m. All vendors must show their Vendor Pass to enter the Vendor area. Vendors may drop off items at their site but then must remove all vehicles to the lower parking lot immediately. No vehicles will be allowed in the Vendor area after 1:30 p.m. All vehicles still on site will be asked to leave after 1:30 p.m. Vendors may begin selling as early as 1:30 p.m., and all vendors should be ready and open for business by 2:00 p.m.
All vendors should remain open for business until 8:00 p.m. At 8:15 p.m. or as soon as the area is clear of pedestrians, vehicles will be allowed on the site for load out. Vendors are expected to clean up their area before they leave and to take any trash with them for disposal.
